50% deposit for reservation. (In the event of cancellation up to 2 week prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded, less a $200 administrative fee, if comparable rental is secured.)

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

13% gratuity and 7% Maine State Tax will be added to your total.
